Linde Van der Burg
Integrative Psychotherapist
Areas of focus: Attachment | Trauma | Relationship Issues | Self-Esteem | Anxiety, Stress & Burnout | ADHD | Perfectionism | Family Issues | Depression
Linde works with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, particularly those who are self-aware but struggling to turn insight into real change.
Many of her clients understand themselves intellectually but feel caught in the same emotional or relational patterns, despite trying therapy, self-help, or mindfulness practices before.
How she works: Her work is attachment-based and trauma-aware, with a strong focus on understanding patterns and how they show up in both the body and the mind.
Sessions are collaborative and paced carefully. Linde works in a way that feels safe and contained, while still supporting meaningful, lasting change rather than surface-level coping.
Interests & Expertise: Alongside her psychotherapy training, Linde has extensive experience in somatic and body-based practices. She is also a trauma-informed yoga teacher, sound bath facilitator trained in Nepal, Reformer Pilates instructor, and assisted stretch coach.
This background deeply informs her clinical work. Linde helps clients build awareness of how stress, trauma, and emotion live in the body, and supports them to reconnect with bodily cues as part of the therapeutic process.
Linde also draws on the regulating and grounding effects of nature. She believes that when appropriate, integrating nature-based awareness into therapy can support nervous system regulation, reflection, and emotional integration.
