Most people don’t struggle because they lack tools. They struggle because they don’t understand how their nervous system works.

In this 90 minute workshop, you’ll learn the core framework we teach every LOOP client to make sense of overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, and burnout.

You’ll learn what your Window of Tolerance is, how to recognise when you’re outside of it, and specific practices to help regulate yourself in daily life.

Think of this as the foundation of good therapy, whether or not you’re currently in therapy.

What to bring: A journal and comfortable clothes

Format: You’ll learn the theory, and then we will practice specific breathwork and somatic techniques for you to continue using beyond the workshop.

Capacity: Limited to 14 people max
